answered my question. it shot flawlessly life fireing. I must not of been pulling it back fast enough.

I did the screw upgrade and was just making sure everything worked and was wandering if it was normal when you manually pull the bolt back for it not to eject round. I havent got to live fire it and didnt know if it was just cause the speed of me doing it manually. I know my AK would do it manually, but dont know if this is normal for gsg-5

I have what i would think would be a 2nd gen gsg-5 being i just got it a month ago. i read something that this mount doesnt work well on 2nd gen. Is this the case? and if so can someone tell be best place to get claw mount and best deal. GSG5 SMG Rifle Scope Mount

ok i see description now. but would like to see a view of red dot on it and what size it is.

the barska looks like a awesome deal. i would like some more info on it though like what colors brightness and dot size etc.

Ok anyone with experience with just red dots with no magnification. thinking they would be good being u can look with both eyes and should be able to see at 100yds ok. thinking of getting both for different situations.

really. thats awesome but are they real visible up to 100yrds so you could shoot good group. i will probably go with both it and ncstar 3-9x42 or something similar that is a little cheaper. or does anyone have any other suggestions on scope.

also will the front sight be in the view of the scope? if so is there a way around that or is it not really an issue

i cant make up my mind for nothing. I want it so that I can see pretty good up to 100yds, but want it easy to aim with like a red dot or holy reflex. would like holy or red dot best, but they dont have magnification and hard to see at 100yds. Maybe scopes are better than they used to be but were always aggrivating getting eye ligned up right. I want to be able to aim quick with it. Maybe i should just put a laser on it. can you see how confused i am? laser would be fastest i would say, but in bright sunlight they arent worth a crap are they?

just got my email from impact guns about it. does anyone know what the new supressor looks like. that was the main point that i got the sd was because of the bigger supressor. and if i dont send it back what will they do?

i just purchased the screw upgrade and finished all of it except of the bolt carrier torx screws being i didnt have the right size. what size are the 4 smaller ones and the one bigger one on the top of bolt. Then i can go to lowes or somewhere and just buy the right ones.
