Greetings from the western mountains of Maine. Been following your site for a while. I currently own a GSG5-SD Titanium w/the questionable shroud , a red dot site & collapsible stock. I also own an early (prior to muzzle brakes) model S&W MP15-22. I've two toned it Black/Olive Green. I also have put on two tan ladder guards up front, 60 lumen aim-lite, a folding foregrip, and a tactical scope. Both guns shoot 2.5" groups @ 50 yds. I had a GSG AK47 Wood stock lr22 but I traded it for a GSG 1911 22lr w/wood grips and an extra mag from my local gun shop. I had to throw in an extra mag + cash but my 13 year old son was happy. Hand guns are cool!. 22lr caliber is definately the way to go. .223 is way too much money compared to .22lr. Glad to join your forum.
