I ended up finding a like new Burris pepr mount... I'm really inexperienced with scopes and rails so hopefully the contender will be compatible with it. Either way I will find a use for it.

So what's the deal, you buy a 500$ 22 then to add furniture you either have to spend 160$ on a Samson rail that doesn't have a tab for the folding stock... Or you purchase the handguard rail kit for $20. The $20 doesn't bother me at all (sweet deal) but $16 s&h is complete BS!!! Is there anyone who knows of another quality option or maybe an alternative site for a more responsible s&h? Thanks in advance.

I'm new to the forums and read through quite a lot of the forums, however after I read and researched which rifle and scope to purchase I can't seem to find good information on a good quality set of rings to mount a bsa contender 4-16x40 to sit sauer 522. Apologize if this has been covered before but I couldn't find it. Also will a rail be advised or should a particular set of rings do just fine. Thanks
