  1. It is hitting a small lip on the bootom side..I have thought about cutting it off or filing it down..good idea.. There is a local gun smith where I am purchaing a new revolver who may just take it back into the shop and pop them out for me with his tools... if not..hello grinder.
  2. Beat on them and no budgeing...may take to a gun smith so I dont break anthing else..
  3. I think this is a free floating site..nothing is touching it or within a 1/2 inch of it. You can see how I have marred the finish trying to beat the plugs out on each side. All I reall need to do is slide it back a 1/2 inch, then the suppressor would actually fit. Thanks for the help..
  4. Tried and treid to beat those pins out..all I did was mar them up pretty good. So I stopped. I did remove a little allen screw on the underside, sprayed some oil on it to try and loosen it up..that made no difference at all. At a loss now..doing more damage than anthing.
  5. Thanks..I'll give it a shot and let you know... Once it is off the fake flash suppressor will fit..and the scope I bought makes it so I dont need the front site anyhow.
  6. Maybe this will stir your memory..one side of the pin has a small "nipple" on it, the other side is flush.. Any suggestion on what tool to use...they are pretty small.
  7. Thanks for the information..I am not worried about the little holes...so how do I remove the pins? It will screw on the barrel but it barley hits the site before it tightens. Also, I wonder why they sold me the compensator knowing I had the M16 SPR?
  8. ...love it..tight groups from many distances...no jams. When I got home..my accessories arrived.. So new question...the suppressor(for looks only..I know) hits the front sight when I try to screw it on, so I need to move it back slightly but not sure how..some help here? Also, the laser I bought seems to get bigger the further away it is from a target...is that normal? I bought the Umarex/Walther green laser. Thanks.
  9. Took in rifle..they loosened the flash suppressor..worked like a charm. Now it will dry fire very easily. What is up with that? I do not understand the connection.
  10. To be more clear..I pull the charging handle back..release it and is springs forward. I try to pull the trigger and it will not fire. When I open the gun up by removing the pin..it will fire. Does this clairfiy my issue or am I still doing something wrong. I guess I am getting at the the gun will not "dry" fire"..is that normal?
  11. Just got my new rifle..very cool. ...a question.. Will the trigger engage with the clip in and no ammo? I have pulled back and released the "cocking" mechanism and tried to pull the trigger and it wont pull. The gun is on fire and the mag is in. Is this normal? I will say that when I remove the pin and separate the top from the bottom, the trigger will the pull and fire. I think there is an issue with the weapon as I have seen on youtube others pull a new one right out of the box, pull the cock back and fire(click)..just wondering if I am doing something wrong..before I take it back. Thanks in advance.
