Well for 95 bucks i think i jumped the gun, but they were 30% off and i would have been disappointing to see the sale over or out of stock tomorrow. I'll put up a review when they arrive.
They are made by MFI for standard Sig Rifles, including the 522. I've been grinding my teeth for the last 3 weeks looking for irons for a 522, mine was apparently an "optics ready" model, which is basically a sweetened term for absolute minimum for the rifle, but all i saw was complaints with the Williams Peep sights, and links to "Affordable" sig 556 sights at 200+ dollars retail. For the average person, that's a lot for a .22 rifle accessory. Anybody have any experience with these? Sight: http://mfiap.com/i-8355707-mfi-sig-556-550-1-2-front-flip-up-sight.html
I got my 22 Thunderbolt today, i got it when i managed to catch Cabela's taking orders a while back, and they came today. But they were not alone.in the same box was a box of unexplained cough drops, not on the recipt or packing slip, just wondering, anyone else getting these, or anything cooler?
I recently bought my first 15 rounder, steel lip, black, from black dog. have 3 25s that don't do this, but im having a bit of trouble with the magazine rattling around loosely in the magwell. so the first questions i have are: has anyone else had this? will it fall out? and will it still feed correctly? Should i send it back? The second is a little more complicated. it came with an extra black feeder(?) that has a few differences. notice the length and arms extending out to prevent it from being put in the magazine. So if any of you could answer any of these questions it would be much appreciated. also, i see a furniture category, but has the owner/ admins ever considered a magazines category?
