  1. I've always been an open sight man, but Im getting older and need a scope. I don't have a lot to spend but I want one for my 30 30 or do you think wise to leave open sights on lever action rifles?
  2. MidwayUSA still has some bricks of the Winchester 42 sub sonic for $52 plus shipping and handling.
  3. That's actually a funny question, we thawed the roast to double check for fragmentation and bore size, never found the round. Didn't occur to us it would go through it. Oh yeah, they shoot clean too! Not as clean CCI but cleaner than federal.
  4. Another member told me do not use something like that in my tactical, he was right! The brick came in today! Used my trusty wabbit killer gun (Henry lever22), and all I can say is ouch! It actually kicked a little, and the receiver perfect condition! It did run hot and was quite loud. Used a frozen pork roast wrapped in an old leather coat a dog had pissed on. At 100 yards it ripped right through it, no fragmentation, and it mushroomed enough to make a large entry hole! I believe you could use this for defense! It's the most powerful 22 LR I've shot up to date!
  5. Cheaperthandirt.com has CCI tactical 375 count for $199.00, lol. Good luck selling that!
  6. I just bought a brick yesterday for 52.00 after shipping it was 72.00, they have more this AM as well as the sub- sonic ones!
  7. If you hurry MidwayUSA has a ton of different 22LRs in stock, even bricks!
  8. So I can use them in my old Henry, not my M&P 15 22?
  9. Any experience, I ordered a box yesterday. I'm worried they will burn hot, I also bought some with 300 rounds with a muzzle velocity of 1450 and energy of 204?
