I broke the cocking tube handle on my GSG-5 and bought a new one on Ebay. It came but the hole in the shaft is not threaded, just a hole. The screw provided does not seem to be self tapping. Does anyone know if I am supposed to force thread this screw in? Or do I need to tap the shaft? Is my part defective?
