Squire Bingham m16 .22lr

Just an up date on my new used .22lr. had it today finally, put some rounds down range. Worked really well except the mag did not always keep up when  feeding, sometimes it would work than it would not. Brought back home and cleaned everything again. Washed the mag out again and polished the carrier and the inside of the mag well. More gun lube in the mag and it seams to be working now. After cleaning I was using my bore scope and found a slight flaw with the load ramp. it is damaged. a small piece is broken off. So small I miss it with my first cleaning. Does not seam to affect operations but still something to watch for. Does any body else have squire bingham/ Armscor m16 style rifle? How is working for you?

Since i bought the Remington vtr and enjoyed shooting it. I found a new love for the tactical style .22lr's. I have shoot lots of different weapons / long guns over many years I still like to shoot the .22 not just because they are cheap to shoot but you don't get punished every shot you take. As well my daughter really likes to come out and shot with me, I have to keep her interest in the shooting sport alive.
