wobblinwheel Posted September 23, 2013 Report Share Posted September 23, 2013 Was in Wal-Mart Saturday afternoon, and miraculously, stumbled (literally) onto a whole shipment of CCI .22 LR "standard velocity" 50 rnd boxes for $3.47 a box! So good to see SOMEBODY isn't "price gouging" the consumer! One well-known internet supplier had them for around $14 per box not long ago.... Only three boxes per customer, which was ok by me. Was able to get the Ole Lady to pick up three more for me later that day. It almost seemed this may have been a "surprise" shipment, as the "hoarders" weren't there waiting for them to show up! By the way, these bullets shoot VERY good! Much tighter groups at 50 yds. than high-velocity. CCI does label them as "Target", and I believe it!
