Can I see a close up of yoru umarex safety? you say yours has three markings? or just three detents?

Looking to trade my Mosquito barrel for a mosquito threaded barrel.

That is the fake suppressor I have on my Umarex Colt M4. The problem is that I need the stupid tactical barrel for the mosquito and last I checked, it isnt cheap.

hmm havent had any complaints on my mosquito. only an occasional FTF but if I reset the hammer, they usually fire. I like your tactical version. I wish I could put a mock silencer on mine. I suppose I could by the threaded barrel and instal it on mine.

I dont know as I dont have a real AR.

Maybe trying to appeal to women. I like the desert digital camo version. If I didn't buy my used Mosquito for $285 I would spend the extra for the bling factor of desert marpat. One nice thing is that the bottom of the may is also tan.

No I dont. but thanks for the link. One thing I was worried about was the fact that a railed gas block might not be the same height as my upper receiver. The rail foregrip is all in line with the upper and i would like to extend that out to mount a flip front sight. I think I may have found a candidate. thanks again.

Cmon guys, it's Surefire or it's nothin haha. Go get the Vikingtactics lightmount and new VTAC-L4. basically it is a handheld version of the Surefire scoutlight. the scoutlight is normally around $300-$400 depending where you buy it. the Viking tactics is just as bright as it used the same led bezel. the only difference is that it has a flashlight body, not a weaponlight body. But at half the cost you are not sacrificing anything. only thing you might want to splurge on is the remote tail switch called UE07.

I guess im one of the few mosquito owners. I got my mosquito shortly after my Colt M4. Love the pistol. my friends told me to get the Ruger MKIII. but the mosquito is so cool looking. Here is my Mosquito.

For those who havent seen them up close, the tactical OPS version has a free floating rail system. it does not touch the outer barrel. there is no contact from the front sight to the rail system either. I intend to replace the front sight with a simple slim gasblock. preferably a railed block. but I have not found one that I like.

Thought I would share compatibility I have come across. simple things like stocks are compatible. However some are loose and others are not. My Magpul MOE stock was solid. however my Magpul CTR has a little play. I installed a Noveske Dustcover but the springed tab doesnt work. I tried swapping the springed tabs but still slight tolerance differences so it wont swap over. Im curious to know if gasblocks can replace the front sight. I would also like to install a big latch charging handle just to facilitate priming or removing FTF rounds in the gun with one hand. has anyone tried replacing the tactical rail system on the M4 with a real AR rail setup?

So let's see those Colt M4s. Here is mine. A few slight changes since this picture. I got a Magpul CTR in Multicam, Eotech 512 Holosight, Viking tactics light mount w/ VTAC L4 and Magpul MBUS in FDE. need to take another picture.
