My lee enfield is progressing slowly at the moment but here is a photo of it i have put a new a ati stock on it but i had to change the fore stock back to the wooden one it just works better i have floated the barrel and polished the sear and trigger. I have fitted the scope mount base and my scopethe 5 inch sun shade.

I stayed up till 3am yesterday looking after the turkey or as my wife put it playing battlefield 3 on the ps3. At 3am i woke the wife up for her shift of turkey sitting. I then i got up about 11am and we went over the inlaws for thanksgiving dinner and ate the best turkey i have had in years (my wife used a 1950's recipe which involed covering the turkey with brown paper and stapled it round the turkey pan and cook slowly) we had a great day i hope you all did.

Today i remember my grand uncles, my grand mother spoke so fondly of them and missed them to the day she passed. Its not hard for me to remember them as iam named after them both John Henry Hudson RN telegraphist on HMS Tipperary killed in action june 1st 1916 at the battle of jutland. Douglas Jack Hudson RN telegraphist HMS Liverpool killed in action october 14th 1940 his ship hit by torpedo which ignited a gasoline tank and the fire went through the ventilation system and 68 men lost thier lives.
