  1. Never mind. I found my answer.
  2. Am I correct in assuming I need to remove the barrel to get it back in?
  3. Thanks Mike.
  4. I was cleaning my M-4 and the spring for the slide catch and I am assuming the pin on top are missing. >:(Anyone know where to buy some spare parts? The Umarex website is useless.
  5. I have about 1000 rds. through mine, the only issue I have is constantly having to reload the 10 round mags (CA issue not mine). M96SS the dust cover is not meant to function, it is purely cosmetic as is the forward assist.
  6. How difficult was it to remove the front sight? Did the pins tap out or did they need to be drilled out? That's a nice looking stick. :thumb:
  7. So I have the M-4 carbine not the ops, now I want to remove the front hand guard and install a RIS and put a folding front sight back on. The reason for the folding sight is the "el cheapo" red dot sight I found at Wally World is completely obstructed by the front sight. There is no co-witness, it is completely blocked. I suppose I could find a riser for the red-dot. What do you all think? I guess I probably should have gotten the ops in the first place. ;D
  8. #8 has to be the best.
  9. Best BBQ ever!
  10. Truer words have never been spoken. ;D
  11. Easy enough, thanks again. :thumb:
  12. Thanks guys. Not being a drop in part, what needs to be done to modify it? Is it as simple as drilling a hole in the correct location, or is there more extensive Dremel work to be done?
  13. Any recommendations for a replacement grip that is larger than the stock grip.
  14. What scope are you using?
  15. I have the M-4 Carbine not the ops. In the manual it states the sights are replicas and not set for .22 LR. Let's say hypothetically that I am zeroed at 50 yds. when I move out to 100 yds. how many clicks on the knob will I need? I understand there are many variables, what would be a good starting point?
