Mission accomplished all u need is a small long flathead screwdriver and a hammer and hit the pin about 3 times its just a small roll pin and it pops right out now I have a 25rd mag. With no drill holes or other visible mods.

I was looking at one of these but decided to go with the mp 15-22 instead I did'nt like how the mk22 broke down for cleaning but its a cool looking 22 for sure. so far so good with the mp.

just got back from the range with my new mp 15-22 wow what a great .22 rifle I shot 500 rds of cci blazer without any problems at all both rapid and slow fire very comfortable on the sholder the only down side I thought was the sights they suck trying to zero in on a black target forget about it thank god for optics I have been back and forth with primary arms all day great customer service to say the least from those guys welll thought I would share my 1st experience with the mp now I need to go and order some optics from these guys.

I hear ya, just trying to save my thumbs from these 10rd mags dam mass laws.

anyone turn a 10rd mag into a 20 rd mag yet ? looks like its just a pin inside the mag that blocks the follower i want to take the follower out so i can switch from blue no load assist to red has load assist.

just found the Scar mk 22 at my local dealer anyone pick one of these up yet ?

just looked at the scar mk 22 rifle very cool looks well made anyone pick one up yet. i was close but am curious if anyone has one or has shot one. how acurate are they ?

Thanks for all the info everyone i'm leaning towards the Sig now I just have to find one all the shops around me have several mp 15-22 but nobody has the Sig and some don't even know what I'm talking about I do live in mass but from what I understand their is a compliant model. The dealers that do know about it have it priced higher then the smith but I guess that's to be expected its a Sig. Does anyone know the part# for the mag u can use on the Sig.

I'm looking to buy my first .22 tacticool rifle but can't decide which of the 2 to get mp 15-22 or sig522 I've been reading everyones post on both and they both seem like they have pros and cons does anyone own both and prefer one over the other. I've handled both and they both feel great in their own ways. any feed back would be great .
