Hiya mate, soory not to respond earlier... time differences and all that :o If you follow that link that should take you to the Launch Issue landing page, scroll down and there is a picture of the cover with EXPAND on it. Simply hit that and the digi vesrion should open up for you! The magazine is an amalgam of different .22 disciplines, but I will tell you that from Issue 2 onwards the "Practical" section is being written by a former Royal Marine who still works with european SWAT and Mil as a Firearms Instructor
Hi guys, Thought this might be of interest to you all. We've recently launched a new magazine in the UK called .22 Shooter which features some great sections for practical/tactical shooters out there. Issue 1 is free to view here: http://www.22-shooter.com/?p=1 Hope you enjoy it! All the very best, Bill
Blimey, I remember that one! I used to shoot on the ranges at Hythe as a lad too ;D I'll check out the shop in Sandgate, many thanks for the "heads up" :thumb:
Outstanding! Thanks guys... I'm based about ten minutes from Folkestone mate, closer to Dover... Be good to find some more shooters in this area :thumb:
Nice one mate ;D Such is life in the magazine biz... still, we are off to Lantac and the range to try out a few bits and bobs... Signing off for tonight mate!
Hi all, I was just wondering if there is anyone else on these boards in the Southern part of the UK? I'm based right down in Kent. Be great to hear from you! Bill
Hi all, I've been lurking for a while as a guest and thought it was about time I joined up properly. Real name is Bill and I'm based in Southern England now, but used to live in Florida up until last year. Sadly that means more restrictions on my shooting, and not so much range time, but I'm working on that and still get to shoot a lot overseas anyway :thumb: I'm a huge fan of practical shooting, especially now there are so many platforms to choose from in an affordable calibre! Look forward to "speaking" with folk here! Cheers for now! Bill
