  1. I know what you mean, it is kind of frustrating that there is almost no add-ons available. The only thing I have done is add some furniture and glass. I'd really love to have a match grade barrel. It is one of those guns that you should be able to be totally tricked out if someone wanted to spend the money! So that being said, first on the wish list is a match grade barrel. What would you add to the wish list? Maybe someone at HK, Umarex or Walther monitors these discussions!!!!
  2. Madhouse, Of all those different guns which would you say is the most accurate?
  3. Okay for you guys that have one of the other tactical 22s and the 416, tell me what you see that makes the 416 better or did we just pay too much for the same thing?
  4. Well I have had mine for about 4 months now and it has become my favorite 22. Now it isn't a target gun like my Marlin 982sv or even my 39a but it dam well shoots as well as my Winchester 9422. I wish they made this gun in a 22 mag! I haven't had any problems with it and I shoot it all the time. I probably have shot 5,000 rounds through it with just a few jams. Mostly due to shooting the cheapest amo I can find. Anybody feel differently after having their 416 for a while?
  5. come on ......... no suggestions?
  6. I wonder if the airsoft stuff will hold up on a 22. I suspect it is about the same quality of the stuff I posted. I know there are a lot of people out there that would suggest really expensive scopes/red dots but in my mind it is only for a 22 at the end of the day. I don't shoot 300 yds with my 22 and I think these type of scopes work well for the money.
  7. Ok I need some input on what you might do in my situation. I have a bolt 22 mag that is a tack driver. I have both a 22 mag and 22 LR for hunting. I bought the hk as something fun to shoot and it looks really cool. I will probably be shooting less than 70 yds most of the time. For that matter prime shooting off the back deck is usually no more than 50 yds. Ok now that I have told my story here is my question. In these circumstances I am debating between these two setups for sights. All the prices are about the same so I can go either way. I'm looking for pros and cons I haven't thought about. Thanks in advance.
