so OOmarex is sending me parts to replace whats missing and broken. i had a limited 1year warrenty(lame) here is what they qouted me 44 – 576.40.25 $3.95ea 45 - 576.40.17 $10.70ea 46 – 506.40.05.1 $4.27 S&H $7.95 ;O for a tiny sprint and pencil lead sized rod?! i will have a youtube video in detail putting the H&K .22 back together from a 100% strip

i thought the magpul asp sling mount was commercial size? yours fit jus fine and replaced the old end cap?

found this the barrel nut is different though. jus use a screwdriver and hammer and use it to get the barrel nut loose

im unable to make bigger pics, i can however take better pics, the rd is split open at the rim area. firing pin? but it fires jus fine still. send it to? walther? umarex? hk? lol too many names. maybe jus take it to a 30yr experienced gun smith? im sure he can find a new part. the part that fell out came out of the hole next to the firing pin area. im guessing extractor? gun functions %100 besides the manual (pulling the charging handle back) to get a rd out without firing it. hard to explain. i can upload better pics after work. and il drop it off at a gunsmith i know and have him look at it and post back with what he says(im sure he will have a more intelligent explination that mine)

sooo i will let the pics talk and you guys tell me what i should. i heard a "pop" at the ejection port cover(not like a normal pop) maybe the rd was fully chambered idk. pulled this exploded casing out. and whats next to it is what fell out of the bolt. this is the bolt. you can see the mars shaped hole (missing piece that fell out) now..i thought wow..that sux. gun is broke now.. dropped mag. functions check. all is well. another mag. failure to fire...cleared, another rd chamberd. fired and ejected and chamberd another rd..then fired... worx jus fine...minus one detail. when i drop the mag, and pull the charging handle back it wont pull a rd out. a rd in the chamber only comes out if fired, then it ejects. but no manual ejection... ????? im guessing thats what broke and fell out? can i buy this part? it looks broke in half

so ive googled and searched and tinkerd with my hk .22lr i cant find anyway to get the bolt system out. everyone says i shouldnt have to. they say hold the bolt back and jus spray and wipe :/ but im OCD....it needs a good cleaning. after an hour of this so called "cleaning" its still gritty when charging and functions test. i Qtipped the crap out of it. anyone do this? take off the barrel and barrel nut? (havnt done this yet) here is what iv been able to take apart so far. seperate receivers (T/B) the rail/shroud stock/tube flash suprsr. velocity spring and follower. if anyone has broken this down more for cleaning. plz post links/pics/how to. thanx

so far i have about 3,000rds through mine. a few FTF and FTF..feed and fire. failure to fire is from normal crappy .22lr ammo? light primers. tried the same rd 8x once. still no fire :/ failure to feed from getting real dirty after 300-400rds without adequet lube i always use the walmart federal 550rds for $18.

iv read and searched on this. seems as though the hk/colt mag holds the rds more in the middlf of the mag. the blackdog and sw smp holds the rds farther back. all this reading and people wondering...some1 needs to do side by side pics and tests....because...a drum mag would be purdy sweet in the hk 416d

iv tried the remington subsonic stuff (anything below 1040fps) and i had alot of jams but then again i didnt adjust the velocity spring in the back. i should try another box and adjust the spring o.0
