I sent George Shepard of http://rrages.com a simple email asking some basic questions on the GSG-5, what I got in return, was a series of emails with details, answers, and suggestions all with a very helpful attitude. Way more than many people offer to give to someone that hasn't even spent a dime on their product.

Awesome.  I clicked your link, saw something I could probably use, emailed George about it, got a reply inside of an hour, and ordered something different from him because he let me know the item I wanted wasn't what I needed.
