Retractable Stock

Would a standard AR-15 retractable stock fit the 522/556 carbines?

I believe you need to use a stock adapter, something like this:

I haven't used one myself, but it may be worth looking into.

I purchased the DDLE stock adapter and it is first rate. No play whatsoever. Took about 15 minutes to install. I highly recommend purchasing this if you are considering going to a AR-type stock.

I stopped into the Sig Pro Shop the other day and that is one thing I noticed right away that the stock didn't adjust quite long enough for me. It felt like it could have been an inch longer to be comfortable. I'm going to have to look at the stats for both the 522 and the 15/22 because the 522 is now " in the game ".
