Suppressor ownership

Read a great post on this site earlier.

Reason I joined here to continue my learning.

What I believe I understand so far is;

First (and most important), I can own one in NH.

Next is; I believe it's a permit for the suppressor, not a firearm/suppressor combination.

Hopefully meaning, I can switch the suppressor between 22lr's.

Also, it's seems the suppressor must be purchased through a dealer (class 3) or be

a type 1 or 7 federal firearms license holder.

Assuming this means 'no' homemade's.

Does this mean I must purchase one to get the serial number to fill of the form?

I don't see, what I would term as, a pre-approval with intent to own.

My intent is to purchase a new 22lr and dedicate it with suppression to add in the varmint removal on my property.

I would like to be able to switch it out to one of my other 22lr's if reasonably possible.

Looking forward to the responses.

Been doing some research on suppressors.

Narrowed down to a few I like.

Now I'll ask your opinions on these and suggestions on others.

It will be mounted to my Marlin 70 for right now.

Main use is 'plinking' and varmint removal.

And of course, not waking up the family as I do so.

It's final home will be either a S&W MP15-22 or a HK416D.

Leaning towards the HK..

The Suppressors;

Spectre 2 looks rather nice and hits the top my list.

Around $350

SS build, rated for Full Auto, Multiple Caliber

Kodiak TL comes in second.

Only because it's $50 more for what seems to be the same as above.

SS Sparrow comes in third.

Believe dedicated 22LR only (not seeing if it could do mag's).

Same pricing as the Kodiak for what seems to be a mix steel/SS build.

Then it goes to Aluminum builds;

ACC Pilot2

$300

Gemtech Outback2

$275

All of the above look like quality builds.

All the above seem like they would do what I'm looking for.

Opinions any one?
