CTD has plenty of both, they have different part numbers, but the HK's are a little cheaper. Plus they have the HK mags in a closer warehouse. From the photos, they look IDENTICAL. Does anybody know for sure?
wobblinwheel Posted September 18, 2013 Author Report Posted September 18, 2013 Well, I ordered a 20-round magazine for the HK, so I could find out for myself. If anyone gives a poop, the ONLY difference is the HK magazine is BLACK, and the Colt is kinda dark gray. They are completely interchangeable, and the BLACK (HK) one looks BETTER! It matches the color of the stock, the grip, the scope, and the foregrip. Looks rather cool. Think I'm gonna get some HK ten-rounders now. They're around $19 at CTD!
wobblinwheel Posted September 30, 2013 Author Report Posted September 30, 2013 Well, I got a ten-round magazine for the HK 416, advertised as "black". This one is NOT black, as was the 20-round. Exactly like the "Colt" 10-round mag. I guess this means you can't be sure of what color you're gonna get. I really wanted the black one.......dammit!
