Shin71
I have a Savage 64 that I love to shoot. It is also a work in progress; I am trying to give a more tactical look in order to make it a reasonable (not always) fill-in trainer for my AR-15.I am looking to keep it under $250 total, including the cost of the rifle. I am looking to see if it would be more cost effective over buying an SR-22, Colt AR-22 or similar rifles. I have put a pic rail under the front, a pic rail adaptor on the top, a bi-pod, rear sling swivel stud and a tac (mil reticle) scope; current investment is about $180, including the rifle, $195 if you include the spare mag I found at a gun show.I am looking to see how hard it would be to mount a collapsible stock on on it (like the one you can buy for an 870 SG).My M101 is keeping the newbie company.... :sniper:

asmurff
I see stocks for the 10 and 110 at Midway. Any chance those would be compatible with the 64?
