    Help

    I love that
  5. I forgot to mention I own the rimfireworld.com domain.
  6. When I say more flexible software Im referring to a change that would allow member contributions directly at the main site without the need for software. Feel free to ask questions
  7. Hartford truly has become a dump
  8. natchez had some Eley yesterday. I snagged a few boxes but man that shit was not cheap
  9. No, social media is one of those things I simply do not have the horsepower for. I know it's a good thing though
  10. I have seen vehicles that leak a small amount out of their radiator hoses during the heat up and cool down of an engine. You almost never see it. You slowly lose coolant and if you never check the level dont notice until there is an issue.
  11. Thanks Greg
  12. Interesting idea. here's the thing, Ill post this a bit premature. For 2013 I was planning on reaching out to folks at this and a few of my other sites. I simply cannot do everything everywhere. As companies are tightening there belts and tax laws are changing we keep losing funding. Right now we have a lot of eggs in the Brownells basket. That needs to change. Also with the new laws here in CT my ability to generate new and unique content is now severely limited. how do I write about things i can no longer purchase or own. So I need help from you guys and folks we have not met. That will free me up to grow my non firearms related endeavors to diversify where the money comes from. By switching to different software members can generate content for the main site as well as participate on the forum. No additional software needed. The downsides are the initial cost and the recurring licensing every 6 months. So bottom line Im willing to invest the time, effort and money if I can get a few folks to take ownership of some this stuff. In the 5 years since I started this I have learned I can grow a site pretty well but the growth comes at the expense of one or all of the other sites because Im an army of one. Anyhow feel free to share your thoughts. Im very interested
  13. The firearm industry contributes 1.4 BILLION dollars to the CT economy. Malloy says he is more concerned with public safety. My interpretation - No problem I'll just rais everyones taxes. There are a lot of asshole politicians but no state has ever gathered more at one time. Dannel Malloy, Chris Murphy, Martin Looney, Rosa Delauro, Richard Blumenthal to name a few. Malloy is like a spoiled brat, reminds me of the nit wit in North Korea. Blumenthal is is probably the worst though. He lies and deceives with a confidence and arrogance that leads folks to trust him because he did do a lot of things for individuals as AG. Of course he was instrumental in our AWB. The others I listed as well as a few more who's names I forget simply either tow the party line or promote the Democratic new world order agenda. When these guys like get elected it's pretty much a job for life unless they step down or get caught with their hands in the cookie jar. A lot of residents keep voting for a way of life. The office governor seems to be the only one open to change. Doesnt help much though as the Democrats have had the majority for 40 plus years. As I stated elsewhere, fleeing the states is only a short term solution. In the end it only gives the anti's more votes and a stronger hold. Look at Vermont. They are the last hold out but it's a matter of time. Too many people relocating for the Vermont way of life. Problem is once they move there they want to change things to the way they were where they lived previously. Vermonters refer to these types as "Flatlanders". The gun industry and the second amendment will not survive if their only customers are in Texas and Arizona
  14. We actually get a lot of traffic due to the main site. Something like 5000 visits per day. There is another .22 tactical site their visits are under 200 per day. I think the buyers of these guns are chatty when they first purchase them then as the gun becomes old news so does participation. Besides as longs as you guys keep coming Im happy.
  15. This is the beginning of the spring slow down. Traffic drops substantially until end of June. The unkown is we had record traffic while everyone was panicked and now everyone has what the want, has it on order or has given it up. There will be a vacuum from that. I have been pondering turning this into a more general .22 forum with a new name. Heck tactical22.com has gone belly up
  16. :thumb: T22 lives on.
  17. In my neighborhood I have to be first or the Mexicans will blow and rake all the debris from the neighboring yards into mine.
  18. remember these people believe signs prevent crimes
  19. and I will point out the gender issue I spoke of elsewhere
  20. so she thinks magazines and ammo are like packs of cigarettes?
  21. you guys cant imagine how I feel right now. Make no mistake most of the Republicans here or no different than the Democrats..There i another factor I had not realized until we protested at the Capital. We have a lot of female reps and I think they are thinking with their ovaries rather than logic.
  22. Whats going on with it?
