Went shooting this morning; 12ga to test some first time reloads, all functioned as designed. ;D Kel Tec P3AT to test the new 9 round magazines I got, both worked fine, now I can confidently carry 10 in the gun and one reload of 9. Then I reloaded some more 12ga #4 birdshot this afternoon. Now it is time for
I ordered 2 of the 9 round magazines for my P-3AT, and I like them. The extra length allows me to get all my fingers on it. I didn't think it would fit in my front pocket with the Galco holster but it does.
I'm going to start my new learning project today. I'm going to attempt to DuraCoat my older Marlin 925 with a desert camoflauge scheme. So here is the before photo.
Hey warn us ahead of time, I was looking for the intro by Rod Serling. No I don't mind, I think the VA has been using me as a test subject for years ::)
Our gun club will not allow you to shoot targets on the ground for fear of ricochets. The ground here can be so hard it does make sense. The only exception are the rabbits on the Sporting Clay ranges.
I bought a piece of 1" pipe insulation and put it in that. I should protect short of me running over my range bag with my truck. The added plus to using the foal insulation is it still fits in the pocket of my range bag, where as a piece of PVC wouldn't.
