  4. iam not gona quote everything you put last imschur but it sounds like the worlds gone mad there if a police officer has to defend himself or the law abiding citizens then that's good enough for me the ''victims'' mother is publicity whore by the sounds of it and they should be used as an example the would be criminals and not as victims, iam glad that i live in Texas

  10. thank you for the advise to start with i will be reloading under supervision and i wont be reloading until i have studied what to do and don't do and i will be watching someone else to start with, i don't own any pistols i have been looking at kit to buy in a couple of catalogues and a basic kit does'nt cost as much as i thought it would but i do want to get a digital scale to measure the gun powder charges as i have read a couple of stories in magazines where over charging with a balance scale and one person blew up a .44 magnum because of over charging the round and it destroyed the gun and nearly him as well.
  11. thanks for the advise i will ask next time i go to the range as i said iam just trying to get some good advise on how to learn about reloading there is a lot to learn and safty is the number 1
  12. iam looking at buying a bigger rifle, but the rifle iam looking at buying is a .303 lee enfield mk4 no1 it doesnt have a a great deal of factory ammo made for it so iam looking at learning to reload my own i do have someone who is going to teach me how to relaod the thing is what make and type of gear to buy as there is so many different types i have no clue and iam just looking for some good info to start with :thumb: first iam going to buy a book or two and read about reloading ;D

  15. i finally got to the range yesterday and i fired 700 rounds of federal bulk box through it the first 400 not a problem was great to use, in the next 300 i had 8 fte's and but i put it down to the rifle being dirty, but it was good to use most of the free ammo i had from federal also got the sight aligned (ish) well my brother in law is gona help me as i have never had to align a scope before but i had a great time at the range :grin:

  18. my wife and i went to look at a house yesterday, the bill board said they wanted $75.000 for the house and 2 acres of land, well we called the agent and we met there yesterday and we had a look round 3 bedroom with a huge lounge and the grounds have a barn on it and a garage and an old 1950's gas station well we talked about the price as i said they wanted $75.000 and they will accept $595.00 + p&i well we worked it out at 10 years as the owner said he will carry the note well the agent said it will take 30 years to pay off, we looked at each other and went home we worked it out to be $214.300.00 for a $75.000 house that's $139.200.00 interest o and the land that is ''suppose'' to come with the house one plot the deed is missing and its not known who it belongs to and there is an issue to which property the 1 acre field belongs to as its not on either deed for either house so you could end up with 1/4 acre if they are deemed to belong to the other property well as you can imagine we decided not to buy the said property but if anyone wants to hear it for them self's i will gladly pm the agents phone so you can talk to them and ask as you wont believe it we didn't :o

  20. well i think it would be against the bill of rights and the American constituion and as a TAX paying LEGAL PERMINENT RESIDENT and i will be applying for my U.S. citizenship i just see this sort of stuff all the time
