as a new gun owner i have a quick question about texas gun laws, well when i go to the rifle range i use i pack the gun and ammo in the trunk of car and the ammo is in a locked ammo can should my rifle be laid in the trunk in a locked case or do i put a lock through the action so the bolt can close and lay it in the open gun case so the cops can see it if stopped by the cops for a busted tail light or something well we drive an suv and it doesnt have a lockable trunk i just dont wana get a ticket or worse from the police

i went to a walmart in lubbock and paid $15.47 for a federal bulkpack but went to a walmart in levelland and paid $16.47 for the same thing which made no sence to me but thats walmart :confused:

i had a surprise when i went to go back to work after lunch i opened The door and there was a box sitting there i knew i hadn't ordered anything mail order nor had my wife, when i looked closer at the box it had federal ammunition written on the box, well after i had been to the range and had all the trouble with it i emailed federal about there ammo and all the fte's i had and they sent me a complementary bulk box of .22 ammo i was happy and surprised to find it thanks federal ;D

i have been looking around online for accessories and there isnt that many goodies about for the gsg ak47 there are loads for the mp5 lookelikes does anyone know if some ak47 bits would fit ? :thumb:

;D ;D ;D ;D thats sooo funny and it makes me think of jeff foxworthy as i do own a pickup and its in the back as it doesnt run, well before i moved over here some of my friends did a how redneck are you thing! 1 have goatee 2 wear lumberjack shirt 3 own a pickup and it is a ford (now non running and in the backyard till i get rid of it) 4 wear baseball cap i still have a few things to do so i can add em to the list lol

iam now gona make myself look a little stupid!!! i was told by a relative a long time ago that suppressor's were illeagle here in the usa but i have seen quite a few sites with them on iam a little :confused: or is it a texas law not that my gsg ak needs on as it doesnt make a huge bang when its fired but i would like to know so i dont look stupid to someone else ;D

the weather here in west texas is a alittle up and down well friday 60's yesterday snow again about 4 inches and today 60's again now wonder the kids have colds n snotty nose's its been like this for a while >:(

i had a good day today as a uk import my driving license will expire in june i only have a motorcycle license in the uk, today i went to the driving license office and took the written test and passed first time iam now driving the wifes suv (with my wife looking pale and digging her nails in to the dashboard!)so beware in west texas, the funny thing is it was easier to buy my rifle than to get a driving license! ;D

i had to work all weekend monday off (rained all day) rifle at ati so couldnt go to range also wife at work (havnt got texas driving licence) so 3 counts of couldnt go to the range >:(

i hate spring forward to i had to work and its hell enough having to get up at 05.30 >:( i had 3 alarm clocks to set and thats bad enough lol

where are you from ? i think that that Texas is like a seperate country because i havnt been anwhere that is like Texas

i just wanted to say hi iam new on here as well, its a good place to be so pull up a chair n get a coke outa the ice chest i own the other gsg ak47 i havnt modded mine yet but i will be getting a side mount for a scope soon then who knows from there :)

i cant belive they made a 2 round mag just seems pointless :thumb: well nice photo how long have ou had your ak ?

we have trouble with our washer to we went out to buy a new one a few weeks ago and i came back with my rifle my wife wasnt to amuzed with me lol :grin:

a 2 shot mag is it worth it ? whats the next thing a sling shot mount to go on the top? can you mod it to take 24 rounds ? well i cant wait to get it back as i wana go to the range already >:D
