imschur Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 For polishing my stainless guns I use two products. Scotch Brite hand pads, extra fine and ultra fine depending on how much they need cleaned or polished. When Im done with the scotch brite I use a product called MAAS Metal Polishing Cream. The Ultra Fine followed by the MAAS are great for guns with a mirror finish. The metal polish is great for getting a mirror surface on any metal with ease provide its a smooth surface to start with.Once you try this stuff youll be looking for things to polish
lmao_37 Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 My Honda VTR1000 had stainless steel exausts and pipework and alot of polished metal, i always used Autosol its a really good polish and it took off road tar and all kinds of road grime i wouldnt use anything else to be honest :thumb:
imschur Posted November 6, 2010 Author Report Posted November 6, 2010 The autosol is probably similar if not the same. I have bought a handful of these products and they seem to be the same except for color.
