Exploding Targets

Many years ago there was a company that offered self adhesive targets that exploded when hit with a pellet, arrow or bullet. If I recall correctly they appeared to be similar to a cap from a cap gun except about 2" diameter. Does anything like that exist today? The only thing I could find was something that had to be mixed up.

There must be something out there because my gun club doesn't allow them.
