asmurff
I called Ruger Monday to get a part for my 10/22, that I messed up fooling with it. They sent it for free and I got it today.

imschur
My one experience with them was awful and inexcusable. I have forgiven them with the old man now gone.
George Wood
Some times the level of service depends on the tech you talk to. A majority are very good but ever once and a while you get a dork.
imschur
They damaged my gun, shipped it back and denied what happened. When Ruger introduced the Redhawk with the notches in the barrel for scope rings I sent mine in for a new barrel. What I got back was a revolver that looked like it had vise jaws embedded embedded in the top strap. Like the gun was gripped there to do the barrel work.Said they got it that way when I called them on it.
