PARA LDA PDA - Not functioning Properly

This thing gave me fits today. Something is preventing it from firing. Im not sure if it's the grip safety or maybe there is a no magazine safety or something but I only managed to get one magazine through it. Most of the time depressing the trigger would not cock the hammer. Being a double action only firearm the malfunction turns the weapon into a paper weight.
