Handguard rail kit

So what's the deal, you buy a 500$ 22 then to add furniture you either have to spend 160$ on a Samson rail that doesn't have a tab for the folding stock... Or you purchase the handguard rail kit for $20. The $20 doesn't bother me at all (sweet deal) but $16 s&h is complete BS!!! Is there anyone who knows of another quality option or maybe an alternative site for a more responsible s&h? Thanks in advance.

search around and you can find places with cheap shipping. I paid less than $25 shipped for mine, I can't remember the website though.

i bit the bullet and ordered the samson kit off of bushnells bc it was on sale for 130 and then you use the code from this site and get free shipping. it was 136 all said and done :)
