asmurff Posted November 23, 2009 Report Posted November 23, 2009 Has anyone ever had a chance to fire a Springfield M-6 Scout, which is based on the Survival Rifle the US Air Force had for pilots in bombers. The Scout came in .22lr, .22mag, and .22Hornet, the second barrel on each is 410 shotgun, both single shot. It isn't made by the reborn Springfield Arms shame I think it would be fun and practical for camping and hiking.
imschur Posted November 23, 2009 Report Posted November 23, 2009 Thats neat, I havent seen one before
asmurff Posted November 24, 2009 Author Report Posted November 24, 2009 The original ones supplied to the Air force had 14 inch barrels so were never legal to own, I wonder what happened to them all, they were in the seat packs onthe B-52 but doubt they are now.
