Tal Posted December 20, 2012 Report Posted December 20, 2012 I have a friend of mine who has an old Webley chambered in 38. There doesn't seem to be any 200 grain stuff around for it, but I did find a link for this.http://www.ammunitiontogo.com/index.php/cName/pistol-ammo-38-swWill he have any issues firing this? I know the Webley is not compatible with S&W special.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.38/200It is still a cool old revolver and deserves to be shot..Just wondering?(He told me he did find some original 200 grain ammo at a gun show, but the guy wanted $18 a round.)..If the 145 grain stuff works, that would be great.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webley_Revolver
Tal Posted December 20, 2012 Author Report Posted December 20, 2012 More info...His father bought it on the day he was born (63 years ago) from a Canadian RCMP auction. Has the lanyard and everything but shells. ;D
Microgunner Posted December 20, 2012 Report Posted December 20, 2012 I really like the old Webleys and will one day own one, but, I have no idea what to feed it.
