ravenous464 Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 Another member told me do not use something like that in my tactical, he was right! The brick came in today! Used my trusty wabbit killer gun (Henry lever22), and all I can say is ouch! It actually kicked a little, and the receiver perfect condition! It did run hot and was quite loud. Used a frozen pork roast wrapped in an old leather coat a dog had pissed on. At 100 yards it ripped right through it, no fragmentation, and it mushroomed enough to make a large entry hole! I believe you could use this for defense! It's the most powerful 22 LR I've shot up to date!
ravenous464 Posted July 13, 2013 Author Report Posted July 13, 2013 That's actually a funny question, we thawed the roast to double check for fragmentation and bore size, never found the round. Didn't occur to us it would go through it. Oh yeah, they shoot clean too! Not as clean CCI but cleaner than federal.
M4rk Posted August 12, 2013 Report Posted August 12, 2013 so u mean to say... the 42 grain is bad for the tactical .22?
M4rk Posted August 12, 2013 Report Posted August 12, 2013 been wanting to try this ammo for a while.. its jus never instock.
