asmurff Posted October 14, 2013 Report Share Posted October 14, 2013 I had the pleasure of dealing with RCBS over the weekend to fix a problem I caused with my case trimmer. The customer service rep help me get all the parts I needed to fix it and even though I told them it was my fault they didn't charge me a cent.Gun and shooting accessory manufacturers have go some of the best customer service in the country.
