Chris_R Posted January 24, 2010 Report Posted January 24, 2010 I finally got time to get out to the range today with my 15-22. I was pretty impressed. I put 75 rounds through it with some cheap Remington bulk junk, and did not have even 1 failure to eject. I had 2 rounds fail to fire and 1 fail to load, both were obvious that the ammo was to blame. So ZERO problems with the rifle so far. I can't wait to get a scope on this thing and some good ammo, and really dial it in. I love this rifle! :thumb:
Madhouse Posted January 24, 2010 Report Posted January 24, 2010 Yup, very sweet shooter! Glad to hear you got it out for a play date! :thumb:
Chris_R Posted February 19, 2010 Author Report Posted February 19, 2010 I finally broke her out again last weekend for about 50 rounds. Again ZERO problems with the gun itself, just a couple of bad rounds. I had it dialed in at about 30-35 yards with the open sights putting 5 rounds within a 1.5" diameter pretty consistantly. Not bad at all for a cold windy day and the cheap ammo. I did get my hands on a cheap red dot scope...this one..CenterPoint 1x34mm Red/Green Dot Sightso next time out I'll play around with it and see what kind of results I can get. I can already see thats this is going to turn out to be a favorite gun for me. :thumb:
Microgunner Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 Sounds like you're getting your allotted giggle quotient out of it. :thumb:
