The rifle's detachable butt cap was split from use/abuse so we got a good deal. It came out for sale last week (Florida law requires we hold it for 30 days before we can resell it) and we called Henry for a replacement butt cap. No arguments, just wanted to know the color and our address so they could ship us (2) butt caps, free of charge! We received the two butt caps a week later without a single charge to us.
