Rifle/Pistol Rest

I bought me a MTM Rifle/Pistol rest today, not a high end one by any means, but better than the one I made from a 4x4, foam and covered in old jean material.

It'll be difficult to forget 'Big Red', and leave it behind.  Looks pretty good, and comfy.

Ever notice how low some of those benches at the ranges are?  It's as if they're made for children.  Not complaining, as I used to shoot where there were not benches at all.  But, at the range I currently use the pistol benches are tiny, and the rifle benches vary some.  I only mention it because when I set up on a low bench no matter what rest I use it's too low.

I think this will be fine with the benches at the gun club they are of a decent height.

I wonder how well Archery girl would work as a rest if you laid her on her back  >:D
