I guy that works for me was moving and wanted to sell his dads guns. I didnt think it would be anything interesting as they were described as an old bolt action shotgun and .22 He offered them to me for $100. I bought them just cuz. Never took them out to their cases for several months. Well folks was I surprised at the .22 It dated back to the 40's. He even provided ammo of that era which was pretty neat too. Below is a picture from the web but it is exactly what I have. Heres info on it
I was using match RWS, CCI Green Tag and Federal Match. RWS ssems to have renamed and added many more "Match" choices so I wouldnt know where to begin. Like my Colt AR conversion kit the model 41 despises all winchester ammo that I have tried.
Thats pretty neat. Feel free to post pics. Im going to add that link to the 10-22 section of my Combatrifle.net site thanks and welcome to the site boggyboy72
years ago a friend bought this incredibly long buckmark, silouette maybe. We would shoot the broken pieces of clay pidgeons until there was nothing left. i forgot about that gun.
I plain and simple couldnt stand the recoil. I had to save it for last when shooting. I should mention that I do have some physical defects on my hands that contribute to the issue
That DPMS SASS is sweet but there isnt a CT legal version. The Fulton Titan's are very good. They come with Krieger barrels from the get go i believe. Great folks to deal with.
