You can buy a CMMG AR-15 in .22lr that uses a standard AR-15 lower and can be converted to center fire by buying a new upper at a later date. This rifle is about the same price as the Colt/Walther/Umarex but is so much better built IMO. It has a real all steel barrel w/WASP coating and a real AR-15 trigger group. It also accepts all standard AR-15 stocks and accessories. Give it a look before you buy.

That Kriss would probably fit right under that new mattress. ;D

I know RRages carries original MP-5 steel fore stocks and hardware to mount them on your GSG-5, r a least they used to. Don't know about Steel City Armory. PS Completely blanked out on the "tri rail" part. I know most MP-5 fore stocks can be adapted to the GSG-5 but don't know if the UTG airsoft fore stocks can be. Sorry.

This is the first I've ever seen in person and this one has been accessorized with a built in weapons light with pressure switch. No distributor we use lists Kriss, so, Google shopping shows examples from $1658 to $1746, without the weapons light.

Tal, the 1911 has everthing to do with it. The trigger pull on those old 1911s is so smooth and short that great accuracy is far simpler. That's why they're still around after all these years. Until you try a nicely tuned 1911 you'll never know the joy of 1911s. Are they are a joy to shoot.

Sorry to hear it. It seems ISSC is having a lot of problems with the MK22 and I believe they may have been discontinued. I hope you get yours straightened out.
