asmurff Posted December 3, 2010 Report Share Posted December 3, 2010 I've started replacing my Butler creek "Hot Lip" magazines with the "Steel Lip" ones, the hot lips are all showing a lot of wear. My last Tactical .22 match I pull a magazine out of my vest pocket and you'd have thought I'd shaken a champagne bottle about half of the 25 rounds shot straight out because of the wear on one side.The difference in the two types of Butler Creek magazines is drastic and from what I see worth the difference in price.
