Butler Creek mags

I've started replacing my Butler creek "Hot Lip" magazines with the "Steel Lip" ones, the hot lips are all showing a lot of wear. My last Tactical .22 match I pull a magazine out of my vest pocket and you'd have thought I'd shaken a champagne bottle about half of the 25 rounds shot straight out because of the wear on one side.

The difference in the two types of Butler Creek magazines is drastic and from what I see worth the difference in price.

A bud of mine shoots the BC Steel Lip mags in competition and swears by them.

I have had good luck with the steel lip mags so far.  I would love to try the TI mags as well. Anyone ever use those?

yeah I only use steel lips on mine, def worth the slight cost increase imo...
