imschur
So while I was dropping cash on the Glock & Sig I noticed a nice looking barely used HK. The is "HK USP .40 Custom Combat Pistol " See pictures below from the web. I cant find much on it. The mags are odd looking. Same as in the pictures below. Anyhow I can grab it for $850 otd but Im not sure of the value of this model. Anyone have info or opinions on it? Whats with the white translucent mags? FS2KSTD
http://www.hk-usa.com/civilian_products/usp_custom_general.asphttp://www.hk-usa.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6823That's a nice looking piece ... I like the ODG/Tan??? frame. I'd like one in .45ACP to sit next to my .45 USP-C!
imschur
yeah it's OD green, thanks for the links
Madhouse
I had the HK USP in .40, sold it for $450. $850 seems pricey, for used.
Microgunner
Ooooo...Weeeee....Damn! That's a tasty one. I just looked up the wholesale price of the HK USP 40 Custom Combat from RSR Group and it's $1088.00. MSRP is $1450.67. $850.00 sounds pretty cheap for a minty example. RSR only offers it in .40S&W. Magazines are a mystery to me too.

FS2KSTD
I read a/the disclaimer stating that LE and Mil should NOT use the transluscent mags??? :o I'm not sure why that would be a concern since we all know that H&K is always perfect? The "master race" cracks me up sometimes. ::)

17nut
Well you can get a new one for around $750-$850. Not sure how much the color adds to value. The jet funnel kit is about $100. It also looks like it has some sort of night sight. $80 plus labor. I have a full size USP 9mm and love it!
imschur
The color is one of the things that make it somewhat rare

imschur
Update: I told the shop owner that when the owner of this pistol comes to his senses I will give him $75 less than the asking price. He said "The guys a dick and will probably never move"I can wait or buy an HK45 ;D
