gs50401 0 Report post Posted August 16, 2011 I am curious about UK laws concerning tactical rimfires. My first thought would be that they would not be allowed.I would appreciate more info. Thanks for any responses.

Glowin 0 Report post Posted August 30, 2011 Hi guys,We are allowed to own tactical rimfire rifles over here in the UK. I've got a Colt M4 ops but am about to sell it and buy a CMMG evolution with all its working bits. The only restrictions we have are on the calibre and length. We can't buy the pistol or CQB variants of the new tactical rimfire guns that have come onto the market recently but collapsible and folding stocks are allowed. And anyone can have a suppressor provided it's on their licence and you have good reason. Though I know guys that have used health and saftey as their reason and had them passed.CheersGlowin
Avalon 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2012 I'm suprised to find we can have what California cant, thats magazines over 10 rounds. In an ever increasingly restrictive sport, tac 22s are a growth area in the UK. I'm not to sure about othe rareas of Europe though.
