dirtracer27x Posted August 26, 2011 Report Posted August 26, 2011 so just curios cause i saw a vid of a colt m4 full auto on yt.anyone might know how they do this, not that i would but just curious of course
Microgunner Posted August 26, 2011 Report Posted August 26, 2011 In 5.56mm the AR15 is easy to bump fire with a little practice and there are several legal bump fire adapters available. Some folks have been seen using the rubber band method which I'm fairly sure is illegal. But I also believe that it's nearly impossible to bump fire any rimfire. As to internal full auto modifications, I have no idea how this is done.
44terryberry Posted September 3, 2011 Report Posted September 3, 2011 on a you tube video, i have seen a guy bump firing a Ruger MK .22.......
Microgunner Posted September 3, 2011 Report Posted September 3, 2011 Yeah, I'll have to recend my statement. I've also seen some rimfires being bumpfired on YouTube as well.
techmike Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 In an attempt at a "trigger job" on my Colt/Umarex M4, I accidentally achieved that condition. I promptly returned the trigger to OEM condition, and sent it to Bill Springfield for his professional attention. It is now about 4.5 lbs pull and crisp.
dirtracer27x Posted September 5, 2011 Author Report Posted September 5, 2011 when you did it did it ,did it keep firing or were you able to control how many rounds you shot.
techmike Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Don't know-only had 2 rounds and then 3 rounds loaded.
dirtracer27x Posted September 6, 2011 Author Report Posted September 6, 2011 sounds like a continous fire condition,oh well.guess i better send her into bill.
