Breeding for Stupidity?

I have long suspected that is what we are doing in the US. All of the warning labels that have no purpose other than to protect stupid people. I have started collecting warnings for stupid people. (I may write a book) My former favorite one came with a new clothes iron - "Warning - Do Not Iron Clothes While Wearing Them". I just purchased a small Coleman cooler at K-Mart. It has two moving parts, the handle and the lid. It came with two pages of warnings in four languages. For a freaking plastic cooler!!! Such as: "Be careful not to get your hand caught in the lid", or "Keep the lid shut when not removing contents", or "This product is meant for keeping contents cool and it does not have functions for freezing, refrigeration or heating".

IMO, people that need these types of warnings won't/can't read the damn things, and should be filtered from the gene pool.

Got any warnings for me???

This goes back to one particular lawsuit involving 4 or 5 kids (teenagers and one adult) who were playing (drinking) on "High Bridge" in Prince Edward County, Va., not far from where I live. They call it "High Bridge" because it's............HIGH!! A couple hunnerd feet I would guess. With "NO TRESSPASSING" and "DANGER" signs everywhere, these dumbasses had gone out so far on the bridege that when the train came, GUESS WHAT?? " They got run over by a damned ole TRAIN" (or jumped to their demise). One more "GUESS WHAT"??.....Their parents sued Norfolk-Southern Railroad, and got a several-million-dollar settlement!!!! We are breeding IDIOTS so LAWYERS (and the idiots) can get RICH off of our fucked-up JUDICIAL SYSTEM!! It's damn NEGLIGENT of our railroads to allow people to get hit by a TRAIN, just because they were on the TRACK!!!

The reason we have to barricades around elevator openings, even when we're right there working on them...

People see the open elevator door, assume the elevator is there, step into an open hole if the barricade is not there, and if one goes the other geese will follow. I've seen them move the barricade trying to "Catch" the elevator. We always close and lock all hatch doors, when not on the site, even with barricades...The "Public" consists of all types..
