asmurff Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 I actually made it to the range twice this weekend. Yesterday for the Tac .22 Match. Today with the wife and step-kid to shoot my new bow, wife's Christmas crossbow, plus the kid has a bow also. I need lots of work on bow shooting I was on the paper 75% of the time. Deer see me with a bow and fall down laughing, then if I'm fast enough I can run over and stick an arrow in a vital spot. >:DWe also did a little pistol shooting. My wife has an XD .45 Compact and aLC-9, which her and the kids were shooting. I was shooting my Browning Buckmark, which I need to work on more since we've started using pistols in the Tac .22 matches.Would it be a terrible thing to say I prefer to go to the range alone.
Microgunner Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 Would it be a terrible thing to say I prefer to go to the range alone Not if your wife and kids are anything like mine were. Then it's simply a much needed break.
imschur Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 Mount the XD on the bow and trick them
