Reflex or 30mm Red dot?

I am trying to decide on the NC Star Red/Green reflex or NC Star 30mm red dot. I like the open feel of the reflex but like the looks of the 30mm. Your help would be great!

I prefer the reflex

I prefer the reflex when speed is of the essence. Otherwise I just buy what appeals to me at the moment.

Okay which is better for old eyes when plinking?

For casual plinking, to me, one is a good as the other. The only advantage I might guess is that the red dot works better in bright daylight.
