techmike Posted March 2, 2014 Report Share Posted March 2, 2014 I am looking to sink a few $$ into a new rifle cleaning station. Needs to be able to accommodate an AR, legacy rifles and shotguns. asmurff Posted March 2, 2014 Report Share Posted March 2, 2014 I use the Tipton Best Gun vise. All contact areas are rubber coat, there are plenty of adjustments to get things the way you like them. Accessories which are separate are Mag-well block for ARs and 1911s. My only original complaint was it took up to much bench space, so I put an eye-bolt on one end and a stout hook in the wall to hang it from. Now I clamp it to the bench when I want to use it.
