asmurff Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 I have a CM airsoft M-4. The sights are adjusted on the rear sight, I have the down adjust pegged at all the way down, but I still impacting about 2" high. The front sight is non-adjustable, my playing on paper leads me to believe if I can figure out a way to build up the front sight I'll shift the point of impact downward.True or false?
Microgunner Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 True. Are you sure the front sight isn't adjustable?
asmurff Posted July 16, 2014 Author Report Posted July 16, 2014 I checked it again MG, the detent pin does not move even when tapped with a punch. Nor do the instruction show any adjustments in the front sight.
techmike Posted July 19, 2014 Report Posted July 19, 2014 Hey Smurf, does your airsoft have a hop up? If yes, that can cause it to shoot high, and can be adjusted. I adjusted mine until it is effectively off. More accurate at short range, which is where I use mine.
asmurff Posted July 20, 2014 Author Report Posted July 20, 2014 Yes it does, I'll try playing with it before I mess with the sight.
