Just when I was down with the gunstock rip-off, here is a good one! My Ruger LCP has the Crimson Trace laser installed. After prolonged carry in a IWB holster, the screws on the body side of the C Trace started to rust. I emailed the company to purchase new screws - I think they are 2-56 x 0.5" - not something you can pick up at Home Depot!! I received an email back asking for my address, they would send me new screws at no cost to me. Today I received a small package from Crimson Trace, containing not just the 2 new screws, but several small allen wrenches, two swabs for cleaning the laser aperture, new laser warning stickers, and two new batteries! Now that is great customer service!!!!!

That is good to know since I have Crimson Trace grips on my RIA 1911, the companies that understand customer service are the ones who succeed even in tough times.
