I had a press who's powder measure linkage was poorly designed coupled with a mediocre powder measure and brass of unknown origin I managed to blow the grips grips off a S&W 4506. Sounded and felt like a .308
Im trying to get my hands on some stuff to use as props photos. Things like bags, vests, chest rigs and molle stuff in ACU, desert tan and black. I want to spend as little as possible. So far I have found Sportsmans guide,Major Surplus, and Army surplus warehouse. Is there any sources you guys recommend
Ive been doing some digging. It looks like a lot of places are taking orders expecting two different loads from Federal. The first in July and the other late fall. I may order a case and call it a life time supply and Ill save the brass.
for the record I have a zero tolerance for personal attacks, trouble makers and large ego's and will not tolerate it to any capacity. Bad people will be wished away to the corn field. Anyhow I agree we have a great group of core members and I couldn't be more happy. You guys do in fact ROCK!!!
There's also books and DVD's We have a little topic on this starting here at one of my other sites. If you have a handgun it will be a little easier to cut your teeth with that and get used to the tools, equipment and process. Something like .38 special would be ideal before jumping to rifle imo. Im in the process of writing a page on this subject but it will be a while before it sees the light of day. lastly pick up a shotgun news, maybe theres someone their with ammo in bulk
